Disney x Formula 1® "Fuel the Magic” 2026 Helmet
Disney, Formula 1® and Make-A-Wish International® have come together for a first-of-its-kind collaboration to help grant life-changing wishes for children living with critical illnesses.
This full-scale 1:1 replica helmet was created in collaboration with Bell Racing and designed by Bret Iwan, the official voice of Mickey Mouse, with creative direction from Bobby Kim, Global Creative Director, Disney Consumer Products.
The helmets feature a matte black base with high-gloss graphic elements, accented by bold red and yellow, alongside iconic Mickey Mouse artwork and Formula 1® branding. A subtle Make-A-Wish International® star trails just behind Mickey’s shoe as he races forward, symbolising hope, optimism and the power of a wish.
The design brings together Bobby Kim’s contemporary aesthetic with Bret Iwan’s character artistry, reimagining Mickey in a racing context through dynamic graphics, numbering and track-inspired striping. Each helmet is presented in a custom display box with a plexiglass case and includes a certificate of authenticity signed by both Iwan and Kim.
This initiative builds on the longstanding relationship between Disney and Make-A-Wish International®, which has already helped deliver more than 175,000 wishes worldwide, continuing a legacy of creating moments of joy when they are needed most.
20 Confirmed signatures so far, featuring 3 World Champions and a total of 160 Grand Prix Victories.
